Longmont Spring Market Terms of Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and/or registering for the Longmont Spring Market ("Event"), you ("Attendee") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the Event, hosted by TekTek Events ("Organizer") at the Longmont Fairgrounds on April 26, 2025, from 12pm to 6pm.
1. Ticket Purchases and Registration
1.1. All ticket purchases and registrations are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket or registration is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason.
1.2. Tickets are non-transferable unless specifically authorized by the Organizer in writing.
2. Event Postponement
2.1. In the event that the Event is postponed for any reason, all tickets, registrations, and purchases will be automatically rolled over to the rescheduled date or the following yearโs Event.
2.2. No refunds or credits will be provided if the Event is postponed. Your registration and purchases will remain valid for the rescheduled Event.
3. Event Cancellation
3.1. In the unlikely event that the Event is canceled entirely, the Organizer will provide options for Attendees, including the option to roll over their registration to the following yearโs Event.
3.2. No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation. Attendees may choose to roll over their registration or use the credit for other Organizer-hosted events, as determined by the Organizer.
4. Assumption of Risk
4.1. By attending the Event, Attendee acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with participating in a large public gathering, including but not limited to risks related to illness, injury, and other unforeseen incidents.
4.2. Attendee agrees to comply with all safety protocols, guidelines, and rules provided by the Organizer and the venue.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times during the Event.
5.2. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the Event without refund if they are found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct, including but not limited to engaging in disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior.
6. Media Release
6.1. By attending the Event, Attendee consents to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during the Event and grants the Organizer the right to use any such media for promotional purposes.
6.2. Attendee agrees that they will not receive any compensation for the use of their likeness in any media.
7. Liability
7.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the Event.
7.2. Attendee agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organizer, its employees, agents, affiliates, and The Elks Lodge #1055 from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Event. Attendees waive any and all claims against The Elks Lodge #1055 related to their participation.
8. Vendor Responsibilities
8.1. All vendors participating in the Event are solely responsible for the legality of the products they offer for sale, including but not limited to ensuring their products comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, laws, and safety standards.
8.2. Vendors must collect and remit all applicable sales taxes, fees, and other obligations required by law for their involvement in the Event.
8.3. Vendors agree to hold TekTek Events and The Elks Lodge #1055 harmless from any legal claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their sale of products, including any potential intellectual property infringements or violations of applicable laws.
9. Governing Law
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Longmont, Colorado.
10. Amendments
10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Attendees will be notified of any changes via the Event website or through the contact information provided at the time of registration.
11. Acceptance
11.1. By completing the registration and purchasing a ticket for the Event, Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Agreement.
