Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Guest(s) agree that no illegal activity will take place on the premises during the event. All activities must comply with federal, state, and local laws. All activities must be consensual, and all attendees must be free of any sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Any behavior or activity that violates this clause, including non-disclosure of STDs, will result in immediate expulsion from the premises without a refund. Health and Safety: All Guest(s) confirm they are in good health and free of any communicable diseases, including sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Guest(s) agree that they will not engage in any activities that could knowingly transmit a disease to others. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund, and the venue reserves the right to pursue legal action for any harm caused. Security Enforcement: Security personnel will be present during the event to ensure compliance with this agreement. If any illegal activity, non-consensual behavior, or violation of health and safety guidelines is observed, security reserves the right to remove the responsible individuals from the premises without a refund. The venue will also fully cooperate with law enforcement if necessary. Alcohol Policy: This private event is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) in accordance with Colorado liquor laws. All alcohol brought to the event must be checked in and handed over to the designated bartender upon arrival. There will be no sale of alcohol during the event. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the event without a refund. Legal Indemnity: By agreeing to this agreement, the Guest(s) acknowledges and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the venue and its staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from any illegal activities, non-consensual behavior, or transmission of diseases during the event. The venue reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual whose actions result in harm or legal consequences for the venue.
