On behalf of the ticket holder and any individual or entity associated (defined below), the holder waives, releases, and agrees not to sue Shellevate Lounge or any of the related parties with respect to any claims, including wrongful death and/or negligence, that relate to any hazards, risks, or dangers, without any limitations, including any and all damages of any kind, that relate to the event in any way, such as but not limited to: (i) the holder's personal information or presence around or within the event (including but not limited to any risks in parking areas or compliance with any security requirements or protocols applicable to said event) (ii) the holder's exposure to injury, sickness, or illness (iii) any interaction between the holder and any individual or entity associated with the holder at said event (iv) any act or exclusion on behalf of any of the parties in connection with upholding protocols, in the case of any negligence, action, or lack thereof. (v) the ticket holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Shellevate Lounge from any claims brought by third parties arising out of the ticket holder's actions or participation in the event. The holder further represents that the holder and any individual or entity associated has reviewed and separately understood and agreed to this agreement. "Any individual or entity associated" means the holder's friends, associates, family members, minors for whom the holder is their parent or guardian, administrators, anyone attending the event, or from whom the holder has obtained said ticket, including but not limited to other persons acting or attempting to act on the holder's behalf.

Right of Admission: Shellevate Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry into the event or revoke the right to remain in the lounge during said event, without refund, for any reason, including but not limited to failure to follow our rules or laws or participating in any misconduct, as determined by our discretion. Final Sale: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Failing to attend said event, losing applicable tickets, stolen tickets, or selling applicable tickets will not result in reimbursement, cancellation, or exchanges for said tickets. No Re-entry: If at any time you need to leave the event, under no circumstances is re-entry permitted. Substance Use: By purchasing this ticket, you agree to attend the event without being under the influence of any illicit drugs or alcohol, and to not bring any illicit drugs or alcohol into Shellevate Lounge. Any substance abuse or alcohol use during or prior to the event will result in a permanent ban from Shellevate Lounge and any hereafter events hosted by Shellevate Lounge. Personal Property: Shellevate Lounge will not be held responsible for any personal property brought into the event. Risk Assumption: Ticket holders assume all risk of losing or damaging personal belongings, bodily injury, and other dangers related to or arising from entry, including but not limited to flashing lights, drones, loud music, or any other hazards associated with attending a public event. The holder may not hold Shellevate Lounge responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, bodily injury, illness, including but not limited to all other dangers and risks associated with attending a live public event. Seating: By purchasing this ticket, the holder understands that there is limited seating. This purchase does not confirm an available seat for the holder. Holders may bring their own seating, at the discretion of Shellevate Lounge. Accessible seating is available for guests who require disability accommodations, subject to availability. Shellevate Lounge must be aware of accommodations prior to the event to plan accordingly. Media Release: The holder grants permission to Shellevate Lounge and all involved in the event to distribute, modify, utilize, edit, and/or alter the holder's images, actions, and/or statements in any live or recorded video, audio, photograph displays, other forms of documentation, exhibition, transmission, reproduction, or publication made at or of the event, in any medium, whether now known or created hereafter, or any terms of purpose, including but not limited to promotional or commercial purposes, without further authorization, review, or compensation. Media Restrictions: The holder agrees not to distribute, transmit, or promote misappropriate information, or sell in any form of media, current or hereafter existing, any photo, audio, video, or any form of exploitation or reproduction of the event. Violators will be subject to ejection, in addition to all penalties provided by law, and in this agreement. Property Damage: The holder or any individual or entity associated with said holder may not cause ANY DAMAGE to Shellevate Lounge or partake in any theft at Shellevate Lounge (including but not limited to shattering windows, breaking chairs, vandalizing, theft of property, destruction of games). Otherwise, the holder will be responsible for paying for anything taken and/or damaged in full. Age Restriction: By purchasing this ticket, the holder is aware that they must be 18+ years of age to enter the venue. The holder is also agreeing to follow laws and regulations in terms of kava and kratom consumption.

Final Sale: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Failing to attend said event, losing or selling ticket(s), stolen ticket(s), will not result in reimbursement, cancellation, or exchanges for said ticket(s). Shellevate Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry into any event, revoke the holder's right to remain in the lounge during said event, without refund or exchange, for any reason, including but not limited to failure to follow the rules, regulations, or laws, or participating in misconduct or illegal activity, as determined by our discretion. No Re-entry: If at any time you need to leave the event, under no circumstances is re-entry permitted. No refund, exchange, or cancellation will be applicable. Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled, you will be refunded the ticket price, not including delivery or service fees, within 30-90 days of notice of said cancellation. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket will be valid for the new date, no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds applicable.
