Liability Waiver for Goatflix & Chill Acknowledgment: The participant and/or their parent(s) or guardian(s) understands, acknowledges, and agrees that Goatflix & Chill is an event involving live animal interaction and recreational activities, including watching movies in the presence of goats. Interaction with goats involves inherent risks, including but not limited to climbing, nibbling, urinating, defecating, or other unpredictable behaviors. Participants acknowledge that goats are farm animals and may carry allergens or communicable diseases that can affect humans. By participating in Goatflix & Chill, the participant assumes all risks of injury or harm that may arise from interactions with the animals, the event environment, or other participants. The participant further agrees to abide by all instructions and rules provided by Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC and its event staff. Health and Safety: The participant and/or their parent(s) or guardian(s) acknowledges that: They are responsible for monitoring their own physical and emotional limits during the event. Individuals with allergies to animals, hay, or other potential allergens participate at their own risk. Participants must follow all safety guidelines and treat the animals gently and respectfully. Media Release: The participant and/or their parent(s) or guardian(s) grants Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC permission to use photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be included in media must notify the organizer in writing prior to the event. Waiver and Release: The participant and/or their parent(s) or guardian(s) hereby waives, releases, and discharges Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, partners, and venue operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may be sustained as a result of participation in Goatflix & Chill. Assumption of Risk: By signing this waiver, the participant assumes full responsibility for all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in Goatflix & Chill, including but not limited to: Physical injury or harm caused by interaction with goats. Exposure to allergens, hay, or other environmental factors. Property damage or theft occurring during the event. Certification: I hereby certify that I am voluntarily participating in Goatflix & Chill, produced by Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC, and I understand and accept the risks involved. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Liability Waiver and agree to its terms as a condition of my participation.

Terms and Conditions for Goatflix & Chill These Terms and Conditions apply to any Goatflix & Chill event produced by Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC and its partners. By purchasing a ticket or attending a Goatflix & Chill event, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. General Participation All participants must complete and sign a Liability Waiver prior to attending the event. Participants must adhere to the rules and instructions provided by event staff and facilitators at all times. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian. 2. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other attendees, staff, and the goats. Disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior will result in removal from the event without refund. Interaction with goats must be gentle and respectful. Participants must not feed, handle, or pick up the goats without express permission from event staff. Participants must maintain an appropriate noise level to ensure an enjoyable environment for all attendees. 3. Health and Safety Goats are live animals and may exhibit unpredictable behavior, including climbing, nibbling, urinating, or defecating. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to act with caution. Individuals with allergies to animals, hay, or other potential allergens should consult a healthcare professional before attending. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and ensuring their space is safe for both themselves and the goats. 4. Ticket Policies Refunds: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date. Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual. Notification must be provided to the Organizer at least 24 hours before the event. No-Show Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC or its partners due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a refund or credit toward a future event. 5. Media and Photography By attending a Goatflix & Chill event, participants grant Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC and its partners permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional and advertising purposes. Participants who wish to opt out of media use must notify the Organizer in writing prior to the event. 6. Liability and Assumption of Risk Participation in Goatflix & Chill involves inherent risks associated with animal interaction and event activities. Participants assume all risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or illness. Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC, its partners, and affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. 7. Event Guidelines Participants must follow all instructions provided by event staff and facilitators to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events as necessary. 8. Reservation of Rights Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC reserves the right to refuse admission or service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 9. Acceptance of Terms By attending any Goatflix & Chill event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy for Goatflix & Chill This refund policy applies to all Goatflix & Chill events produced by Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC and its partners. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to the following terms: 1. Refund Eligibility Refund Requests: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date. Non-Refundable Window: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. 2. Ticket Transfers Tickets may be transferred to another individual for the same event. The participant must notify the Organizer of the transfer at least 24 hours before the event, providing the transferee’s name and contact information. 3. Event Cancellation If the event is canceled by Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC or its partners due to weather, participants will be offered a credit toward a future Goatflix & Chill event. 4. No-Show Policy Participants who fail to attend the event without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or credits. 5. Special Circumstances Refunds or credits for emergencies or extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Participants must contact the Organizer within 48 hours after the event to request consideration. 6. Non-Refundable Fees Processing fees or ticketing platform fees (e.g., Eventbrite fees) are non-refundable, even if the ticket cost is refunded.
