Acknowledgement: The participant and/or their parent(s) or guardian(s) understands, acknowledges, and agrees that participation in Neon Goatstatic Dance involves physical activity, exposure to blacklight effects, and interaction with live goats. This event includes rhythmic movements, dance, and activities designed to promote relaxation and enjoyment. As with any physical activity, there is an inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to slips, trips, or falls. Additionally, the presence of blacklights may alter visibility and perception, requiring extra caution during participation. If I experience any discomfort, unease, or injury, I will discontinue participation and seek assistance from event staff or facilitators. The participant and/or their parent(s) or guardian(s) further understands that participating with goats (“attractions”) offered through Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC is inherently unpredictable. Goats are farm animals and may climb, nibble, urinate, defecate, or sneeze near participants. Some participants may be allergic to goats or their surroundings. Under blacklight conditions, the goats and their environment may appear different, which could affect participants' reactions or interactions. Some communicable diseases can be passed from goats to humans. The participant and/or their parent(s) or guardian(s) assumes full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or property damage associated with this activity. The participant and/or their parent(s) or guardian(s) authorize Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC to use any photographs, videotapes, recordings, or other media captured during the event for promotional, advertising, or other legitimate purposes. The participant and/or their parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC staff, facilitators, or venue operators. Failure to follow instructions or adhere to rules may result in removal from the event without reimbursement. Waiver and Release: The participant and/or their parent(s) or guardian(s) hereby waives, releases, and discharges Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC, its officials, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, sponsors, and other agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any damage, loss, or injury, including but not limited to death, disability, personal injury, property damage, communicable diseases, or theft, resulting from participation in Neon Goatstatic Dance or related activities. This includes risks related to blacklight exposure, interaction with live goats, or any other aspects of the event. Each participant EXPRESSLY ASSUMES SUCH RISKS and WAIVES ANY CLAIMS against Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC, its officials, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, sponsors, and agents. Certification: I hereby certify that I am voluntarily and knowingly signing this Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement as a condition of participating in Neon Goatstatic Dance, produced by Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC. I understand that participation is conditional upon signing this agreement and that I have been informed of the potential risks involved in this activity. This waiver highlights the unique aspects of your blacklight dance party and goat interaction, ensuring participants are informed about the risks while protecting your business. Terms and Conditions for Neon Goatstatic Dance By participating in Neon Goatstatic Dance, a goat-infused blacklight dance party hosted by Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Participant Requirements Age Limit: Participants must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a legal guardian. Health Advisory: Those with medical conditions such as photosensitivity, epilepsy, or allergies to goats or blacklight effects should consult a physician before attending. Waiver Requirement: All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in the event. 2. Event Conduct Respectful Behavior: Participants must conduct themselves respectfully toward other attendees, staff, and goats. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior will result in removal from the event without refund. Interaction with Goats: Participants must interact with the goats in a safe and respectful manner. Feeding or handling the goats is allowed only under staff supervision. Care Around Blacklights: Visibility under blacklight conditions may be reduced, and participants are encouraged to move carefully to avoid accidents. 3. Health and Safety Animal Interaction: Goats are live animals and may exhibit unpredictable behavior, including climbing, nibbling, urinating, or defecating. Participants assume all risks associated with goat interactions. Physical Safety: Dancing and physical activity are at the participant’s own risk. Participants are responsible for monitoring their own limits and notifying staff of any injuries or discomfort. Hygiene: Participants are advised to wash their hands before and after goat interaction to minimize the risk of disease transmission. 4. Event Logistics Arrival and Check-In: Participants must arrive on time to ensure a smooth check-in process. Late arrivals may not be admitted. Dress Code: Participants are encouraged to wear neon or light-colored clothing for enhanced visibility under blacklights. Personal Belongings: Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. 5. Ticket Policies Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Transferable Tickets: Tickets are transferable to another individual if notified at least 24 hours before the event. Event Rescheduling: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, the event may be rescheduled, and participants will be offered the option to attend the new date or receive credit for a future event. 6. Photography and Media Media Release: By attending, participants grant Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC permission to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes. Opt-Out: Participants may opt out of media usage by notifying staff in writing before the event. 7. Liability and Assumption of Risk Acknowledgment of Risk: Participation in Neon Goatstatic Dance involves inherent risks, including interaction with live animals, exposure to blacklight effects, and physical activity. Participants assume all risks associated with these activities. Liability Waiver: By attending the event, participants waive and release all claims against Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC, its employees, contractors, and venue partners for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred. 8. Cancellation by Organizer Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC reserves the right to cancel the event due to weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified and offered a refund or credit for a future event. 9. Reservation of Rights Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga LLC reserves the right to refuse service or admission to anyone for any reason deemed appropriate, including but not limited to non-compliance with these terms and conditions. 10. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket and attending Neon Goatstatic Dance, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy for Neon Goatstatic Dance Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for credit toward a future event. Ticket Transfers: Tickets are transferable to another individual for the same event date. Participants must notify the organizer at least 24 hours before the event with the transferee’s name and contact information. Event Cancellation by Organizer: If Neon Goatstatic Dance is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, venue issues), participants will be offered: A full refund, OR Credit toward a future event, based on participant preference. No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or credits. Special Circumstances: Refunds or credits may be granted on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Requests must be made in writing within 48 hours after the event for consideration. Non-Refundable Items: Processing fees (e.g., ticketing platform fees) are non-refundable, even if the ticket cost is refunded.

ABOUT THE DJ:

GUYSO is a Denver Native born in 1977. He started his DJ career at Skate City in Littleton Colorado in 1995. He's toured the local underground circuit, played numerous DJ sets at Burning Man and has had the pleasure of working with artists as an engineer for over 30 years. Prepare for folktronica and down tempo on this particular journey.
