Refund Policy

Registrations can be transferred at any time. If a member-rate registration is transferred to a non-member, additional fees will apply. Refunds will be issued if a registration is cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the event, minus a $25 administration fee.

Guitar Mamas go to Camp - our first summer retreat since 2019! There will be laughter, food, fellowship, incredible workshops and lots of MUSIC. Come for all of it or come for any part you're able to. Once again we will self-cater. Linens are provided and amazing company and sound is pretty much guaranteed.
The Kananaskis Alberta Parks Pass is NOT required to park a vehicle on the property. If there are other financial roadblocks to you attending, please let Sue know and we'll see what can be done.
